Battle Pass Rewards

So I bought the Battlepass Pro for Battlefield 6 thinking cool I’ll be able to use new skins because in the instant unlocks there are some skins for certain characters I go to try to equip the skins and the game says nope can’t equip them you need to recruit rank 0 in the battlepass to unlock it yet I’m 5/5 in the recruit section and I have the battlepass bought so I’d either like to A.) be able to use the skins I bought and paid for or B.) get a refund because the fact that I can get everything else but the skins cause when I buy something with my own money I expect to get everything I paid for not just majority of it and not all of it.
