Ideas
Hi there,
Sorry to hear about this.
Could you please confirm the following?
- Whether it is wired, wireless, or connected through a USB hub, dock, KVM, or front-panel USB port.
- Whether your mouse continues to work when the keyboard stops responding.
- Whether unplugging the keyboard and reconnecting it to a different USB port restores it without restarting Windows.
- Whether the same issue occurs with a different basic keyboard.
- Any keyboard, RGB, remapping, macro, or virtual-input software you have installed
Meanwhile, please try performing a clean boot of Windows and test again. Thanks.

Hello,
My specs are
- Device name LAPTOP-C7RGMOUA
- Processor AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX with Radeon Graphics (3.00 GHz)
- Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.2 GB usable)
- Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB)
- AMD Radeon(TM) 610M (486 MB)
It is the built in keyboard to the laptop.
I can try using a plugged in key board if I find one and let you know. I have not tried that yet.
As for software, all I have is the default Armoury Crate and ROG CustomHotkey software installed on the computer.
The mouse works fine with no issues. - Restrepohu1 month agoNew Spectator
We tryed everything already but nothing fix our issue, i have this failure since 1 year or more..... and nevermind what i reinstalling, windows, drivers, keyboard drivers, always the same, that some kind of problem with the EA and Armory client, or with an Asus Rog driver

Same I've tried everything like you have. It is 1000% something with the Asus Rog laptop drivers that EA is not fixing. It only happens with Bf6. The only solution is to not use my laptop keyboard. And even then thats not even a solution lol...still have to force power cycle my laptop when im done playing.
Ive been a life long battlefield fan since battlefield 2 playing on my dads computer when I was a little kid and this system breaking bug still being a thing is just a slap in the face to life long fans.

Please, respectfully, take responsibility for this failure.
Do not come to us with instructions on how we, the customers, should “fix” our PC. We are not the ones who should be troubleshooting and repairing the problems caused by your game. You are the ones who should be fixing the game. We paid for a functional product, not for a game full of bugs, crashes, and technical issues, followed by a list of generic “solutions” telling us what we should do with our own PC.
Before telling us to reinstall drivers, verify files, reinstall the game, change settings, or troubleshoot our hardware, take responsibility and acknowledge that the problem is with your product.
It is completely unacceptable to release a game full of bugs and then shift the responsibility onto your customers. If thousands of players are experiencing the same problems, the solution is not to tell us how to “fix” our PC. The solution is to fix the game.
We expect EA to do its job: take responsibility, communicate honestly, and actually fix the problems instead of blaming the customers.
We are customers, not your unpaid QA and technical support team.
