Battlefield Veteran Rewards Missing (Even after I received the message)

I received the Veteran Rewards on 15 Dec 2025, I claimed them and then checked the inventory no rewards found. I have attached the screenshot also when I received it. Please check, need those rewards...

Support now says they are aware of the problem, have had "tons" of reports of the issue and are working on a fix.

Of course sadly no ETA, but at least they acknowledge the issue and are working to fix it.

I just finally got my original daily login rewards, weeks later, so who knows how long it will take.
