BattlePass weekly challenges not giving points

I have completed every week of the battlepass challenges to full but its not counting them all and i have not been getting all my battlepass progress counted, somehow friends who play less than me and complete fewer challenges are further along the battlepass and i have pro and phantom editions. something is wrong with the tracking. seems like i will have to play twice as much to get my rewards, i will most likely not buy another battlepass in the future. too expensive for my time.
