Being ejecteded from Heli as a piot

I used to accidentally jump out of the Heli as E was so close to all the other keys. I moved exit vehicle button mapping to U to avoid accidental exits but for the last 4-5 days I occasionally end up jumping out of the Heli for no apparent reason. My right hand is on the mouse and left is on WASD. I'm never even close to U. I feel like it happens if I hold some keys for a while but I'm not sure. I even got into the heli and tried pressing and holding all the keys on the left side of my keyboard but couldn't jump out. IDK what is happening. Feels like a bug to me. I'm playing with mouse and keyboard on a PS5. My controller is often turned off and when on it is sitting at the desk untouched.
