BF Pro Season 2 Challenges Unavailable

I own FB 6 Ultimate. BF Pro Season 2 challenges are locked. I am not getting the maximum rerolls for challenges either (4 instead of 5). I tried all the documented fixes, and none work. All it seems I can do is buy Season 2 for $24.99, even though I do have some of the Season 2 content I am entitled to. Players have said they had to use 1100 BF coins to purchase season 2 content, but I'm not presented with that option.
