BF6 - Possible Lighting/Shader Issue? Extremely Exaggerated Effects

I'm not entirely sure if this is a lighting, texture, or rendering issue, but the effect is extremely exaggerated. It seems to be heavily related to light sources, especially sunlight. Sometimes, the flashlight attached to weapons creates the same overwhelming effect.
