BF6, 62/63 Challenges Complete, Except BR Max Training Level x2, Bugged?

Does anyone know how to complete this? I suspect it's still bugged even after the current patch on Nov 11, 2025. This is literally the only challenge I have left in BF6 atm, otherwise stuck at 62/63.
