Hi. I wanted the Fortitude Dog Tag since I am Marine Veteran. The game says its available with the Dead Angle Offer. I purchased Dead Angle and I did not unlock the tag. I got another tag instead( Reckoning). What happened and why? Thank you. I attached photos for evidence
I was talking with my girlfriend about this earlier (she's the one who found this post for me, actually) and she pointed out the USMC tag specifically mentions the Marine Corps birthday.
Does anyone else think it's possible these tags unlock over time? If that were the case, one would assume that it would be mentioned somewhere. Of mention any unlock criteria.
Regardless, it would be awesome if DICE, EA, or someone else from Battlefield Studios could weigh in on this.
So: I tweeted at Vince Zampella on X, asking when the tags unlock and saying the EGA is wrong. Will he respond? Probably not, but I figured it'll be more effective than hoping someone reads these forums.

I definitely agree I United States army medically retired and I feel all branches should be gold tags and they should have someone who had served on the development team for accuracy purposes, even if it’s creating a dog tag to symbolize that branch
Id agree with her but my thing is its past the Army's birthday so the army tag should already be out if thats the case. Or unless it'll be released on 11/11. So ill be watching 11/10 for the Marine Corps one but i honestly I will be surprised if they release it on that day due to the way the Devs have shown the Marine Corps in this game. (Like the campaign and only using Army equipment/ gear, seems like they dont know anything about the Marine Corps) so im betting it'll be released on 11/11 if its a date release.

I’m seeing in a lot of yalls pictures that the Army and USMC tags are in different bundles, they definitely messed up the names for each and it is very misleading. If you haven’t gotten them yet, I would wait till you see the tag themselves in bundles in the store. Crazy how some of the bundles say there are multiple tags in one, yet you only receive one tag. Also, with Veterans Day coming this Tuesday, there are going to be a lot of new bundles, and I would assume the Army and USMC tags will be available in new bundles. I’m just as frustrated as yall, hope this helps.
I wonder if DICE or EA actually looks at these posts. I hope they understand that being a military veteran is an honor and we display that honor in EVERYTHING we spend our time on to include video games. It's important to us. Also! Stand by!
