Just chiming in to add to the number of responses and draw attention, but yeah I have wired fiber, gig speed, and typically get about 50 ping or better, but since launch have had a 3 second desync in every match. Sometimes it is to my benefit, usually it is not. After the update it appears to have gotten worse and I actually have noticed after the update my ping got worse too. There are now games where my ping jumps up to 104 (interestingly it is always 104. Probably sending me to the same west coast server while I'm on the east coast or something silly like that) and I just leave those games because I have about a 6 second desync in them and it is unplayable.
