Big Map Zoom In on Console even when Unbound

Hi, I play on playstation 5. I currently run the "alternate" controller settings for my ground vehicles meaning that I rely on the trigger buttons to accelerate/deaccelerate. Because of this when you open the big map while driving it will start zooming in since that also uses the trigger button. I went into the settings and cleared the bind to zoom in the big map however my left stick now zooms in when ever I am on the spawn screen.

Is this a glitch?
