Binding to both mouse wheel up down simultaneously does not work

Intent is to let scrolling mouse wheel up switch between primary and secondary while being able to have mouse wheel down equip gadget 3 or gadget 4 (say, shotgun, underbarrel grenade).

Binding just either works. Meaning, if you just bind mouse wheel up to primary change, it works. If you unbind that and bind mouse wheel down to gadget 3 (or 4), it works. Binding both at the same time has neither work as intended.

Even better idea; new keybinding for "cycle gadget 3 / 4". This way you could have mouse wheel up swap to weapon 1, or if on weapon 1, switch to sidearm. Similarly mouse wheel down would bring up gadget 3, or if on gadget 3, switch to gadget 4.

This setup works for example in Helldivers 2, where it's immensely useful.
