Blue beam visual glitch

I dont know if this has already been resolved or if has been mentioned. 

First week of the game i saw a tiktok of someone getting shot out the sky by a blue beam visual that made it look like a tank from halo shot him down and i encountered a similar blue beam visual bug in the first week of playing.
