Blurry defect in the 1.5x and 3x thermal scope views

When I was using each 1.5x and 3x thermal scope for each gun, there's always blurry big mosaic square blocks in the scope view. Not sure what happened. Reinstallation doesn't work. Every visual/image...

image from thermal scope is indeed pixelised. But what I really find problematic is the ridiculous size of the scope on my screen : it is so tiny that it's barely unusable.
I'm not playing with my nose glued to the screen...

The other issue I had with 3x thermal scope is the wire of the scope that obstructs the view from the 2nd optic
