After playing BF 6 BP free track, i bought the pro to get all rewards. But it didnt unlocked the whole BP ( what i have progressed /unlocked). See pictures. BTW this is on STEAM-PC
as you can see its say completed track, but i cant use the items????
some items are unlocked after i bought the pro pass, so it looks like its not retro-active activate the progress i made ?
i have contacted EA help, but they said to post it here

I have the same issue. Had this issue since November 7th. Everything I completed before purchasing Bro (so a whole track for me) is still locked.
Same issue here, Steam-PC as well. There's only a handful of rewards that actually work, most of them show unlocked on the progress screen but can't select them in the loadouts. The example below shows progress and example of one of the items unlocked yet not unlocked.
Restarted, verified files, ect but no luck. Every time I log in the rewards all show as new for some reason.
This is so frustrating, paid $95 (game + pro) for it not to work.
But still shows locked.

Exactly same issue here. Steam version too. Only stuff received from PRO, it's the BFCoins+cards from season pass. All outfits still locked (including Parachute), despite finished the tiers. EA should fix it, instead ignoring the issue.
This is unacceptable for such a huge company, to be unable to fix such critical issues. I will understand if it was for free items, but this is for an $70+$25=$95 purchase, gentlemen, and $95 it's a lot of money for many countries around the world.

I play on Xbox and the same happened with me. It shows I bought battlefield pro but won't give me the battle pass instant unlocks despite showing I have them
Same problem. I'm tired of waiting. Why did I pay for the Pro version just to miss out on half the skins?

Welcome to the struggle! and welcome to EAs complete lack of caring about the issue cause we’ve been struggling for a month with zero end in sight! Screw EA and I’m definitely not spending another cent on this game. Hell I’ll probably stop playing all together after this season, this is abysmal customer service (if we can even call it that, lmao)
Exact same thing here for me.
I bought it through steam and the last days it shows up as new items, but still unusable.
Same problem here, bought BF Pro on Steam on the 3rd of December 2025 after already having finished 3/4 of the battlepass track and most of the items (mostly from the part of the track that I had already completed) and including 300 battlefield coins are still locked / missing even though the battlepass says they are unlocked.
Same Issue of course... Also am missing 200 Coins. I should have 900(I am at 700), I only need the last 200 from Prestige, final unlock.
