Breakthrough Hardcore is just Normal Mode BT

4 headshots to kill with carbines/ARs. 8+ hits to center of mass/limbs to kill with Carbines/AR is not hardcore.

Whoever set up this community mode screwed up. It is clearly using normal settings for health and damage.
