Bridge Camping on Manhattan Bridge

Somehow people are able to get onto the manhattan bridge as attackers in Breakthrough.
Most likely they are able to climb up there using the Assault Ladder.
Its very annoying and hard to counter, giving the attacker team a big advantage in defending the first point.
