Broken POV after reviving a teammate

After reviving a teammate while crouched, there is a chance that the Players POV gets stuck at crouch-height which causes the held weapon to be not visible, makes the ADS inoperable due to the weapon taking up the majority of your screen and locks you out of using grenades. This only fixes itself upon reviving another teammate. Below I've added video attachments and profile settings (in txt format as the current file format is not allowed to be uploaded), as this happens 80% of the time for me, but could not be reproduced by my friend.
