I feel i need to raise this issue given how unfair circumstances are, pretty much all of us who preordered digitally even buying the phantom edition are having to sit and wait to play on servers that are already active and full of players?
i feel like some form of xp boost or currency reimbursement is in order given most of us were unaware that it would not be a midnight launch ( why not considering streamers have been playing for the past few days ) most hardcopy players have been playing with other players gaining an unfair headstart to which i ask why did EA/Dice/Playstation think the utter stupid decision of releasing a game at 16:00 Uk time was fair and clever? it should have been a midnight launch like most games, i understand you wish to release the game digitally as the same time as the US for us in the UK but why when we won't even be playing on the same servers as the US?
so we're already coming in for the underdog just because some of us decided to buy digitally?? which cost more/the same as the hard copy versions?

i feel like the players that are unable to play should be receiving compensation for this issue as we have purchased a product we cant use which is completely not ok and unfair
Known issue, we see it all over. Pre-Order people who pre-loaded cannot play the game as it tells us we have to purchase campaign and multiplayer DLC that we already purchased.
All play should have been paused when this was discovered. Now, Steam, PSN, etc players progress while we cannot even play the campaign.
This should not be a hard patch, it is a licensing flag issue.
EA app users that cannot access the game for a length of time should be compensated as now our gameplay just got harder against higher level people from the get go.
We bought the game from the your company directly through your own app, you would think we would be the last people effected by issues like this.
Consumer rights I believe are being broken here.

Ea has always been know to be Professionally unprofessional in all there games for the past decade.

this is facts, should be compensated for every hour lost since it launched at 9AM. a 1 hour XP boost for each hour would make sense. First no NHL on PC now this lmaoooo

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the launch experience of Battlefield 6. I pre-ordered the most expensive version of the game, the Phantom Edition, on October 9th, ensuring I could play on the official release day, October 10th. However, I have encountered persistent issues preventing me from accessing the multiplayer mode. Despite having downloaded the game and its content in advance, I repeatedly receive error messages indicating that the DLC is not installed or that the multiplayer mode is unavailable.
I have attempted troubleshooting steps, including verifying game files and reinstalling the game, yet the problem persists. I find this unacceptable, especially given the high expectations set by the game's promotional campaigns and the recent controversies surrounding other titles like Call of Duty Black Ops 7.
Given EA's extensive experience in launching major titles, I believe there should have been adequate preparation to handle the anticipated demand. As a resolution, I request compensation for this frustrating experience. Specifically, I believe that those who purchased the standard version should receive access to the Phantom Edition as a goodwill gesture. Additionally, I urge you to consider providing a partial refund or other form of compensation to those of us who purchased the premium version.
I would reiterate this, I am having the same issue and have been in chat for the last 2 hours and wait time is going up. I have even tried requesting a full refund and clicking on the link for a refund guess what happens. The page shoes and error, it is as if EA has planned it

proper feel kicked in the balls over this. I pre ordered 2 months ago despite being burned with BF2042. older player like me(55) grew up with good BF times. now its just a running joke with EA. Refunded and done with it. Id rather stay with delta Force now. Totally betrayed and let down again. Why they launch it all at once instead per region, its like they invite problems. Now this dlc bug and all they have done is anger their loyal fans yet again. Im done. anyway the saudis own EA now, so its over anyhoo.
You'll get nothing and like it. They don't stand behind their product, and it shows.
