BUG: Minimap and Compass Orientation wrong

When playing with fixed Minimap (view rotation: off) on some Maps the minimap, the bigmap and/or the compass is not aligned north which makes the "view rotation: off" Option completetely USELESS! Please fix this. 

I have tested all Maps on conquest:

Empire State: WRONG minimap north, compass north, bigmap shows west!
Iberian Offensive: OK (minimap north, compass north, bigmap north)
Liberation Peak: OK
Manhattan Bridge: OK
Mirak Valley: OK
New Sobek City: OK
Operation Firestorm: OK
(Saints Quarter: untested)
Siege of Cairo: WRONG minimap shows east, compass north, bigmap shows east!
