1. reinstalling the game.
2. repairing the game.

Same . Even tried to buy DLC Phantom thougt it might change anything but the only way is to Refund the game

EA has had 3 hours to sort this problem out but no fix in sight, unacceptable! Tried to refund but can't as the Ea site is overloaded.

Having the exact same issue. I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition, the app doesn't think I own the Phantom Edition and the game doesn't thing I've downloaded multiplayer or singleplayer. Too bad EA doesn't have a customer support line and the only thing you can do is either flood the forums or put in a service ticket so they can just Deny you have a problem like they did when some random steam account was linked to my EA acclunt which is why I bought it through the app in the first place because EA wouldn't allow me to remove the fraudulent steam account. 0/10 for customer service.

Any News. Just want to try to play, Phantom Edition, even though i don't seem to have it yet "in game" but the EA Platform knows.
Please fix it ! - ASAP - or haven't you tested the Phantom launch from EA App ?
probably the first thing to do, at the latest just before launch.
Now a lot of hopeful people are sitting and getting frustrated and some think they have been scammed.
paid a lot of money for not even getting 1/3 of the experience.

Amazing you call expecting to be able to play a game you purchased and is malfunctioning "crying". Guess not everyone is a mature person though.
