Compensation and fixes
Backend fix: On October 10, 2025, Battlefield Studios announced they had deployed a backend fix specifically for the EA app issue that prevented players from starting game modes. Players were instructed to restart the EA app and the game for the fix to take effect.Phantom Edition access: EA Play Pro members received the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition as part of their membership, which may be viewed as compensation for the initial problems. This edition includes extra cosmetics and XP boosts.
Free content and XP boosts: In addition to fixing the app, EA Play members were given an "EA Play Deployment Pack" containing cosmetics and XP boosts to compensate for the launch problems.
So no compensation for NON-EA Play Users that used the app to buy this piece of **bleep**?
**bleep** you EA, **bleep** your app, **bleep** your licensing issue and **bleep** your company.
If ALL affected EA app players are not given compensation, I **bleep**ing walk from your franchise and not come back, in fact, I say **bleep** your company, nothing from EA, DICE, etc.
I am an old man, I do not need games, I chose to play your franchise due to boredom. I can also decide where to spend my money, and you lose it as of tomorrow, if the rest of us are not compensated.
I can just go **bleep**ing watch birds or something and get high and enjoy myself, I paid you so I could enjoy myself and then YOUR issues **bleep**ed me over on that.
Compensate all EA app users affected not just EA Play members!!!
