Bug Report – Tracked Challenges and Battle Pass Issues
Dear EA Support,
I would like to report a couple of bugs:
First, under the "Tracked" challenges section it shows 4/1 even when no challenge is selected as tracked. This issue is caused by a Frostfire challenge from a previous Battle Pass that remained marked as tracked. However, when the event ended, the Battle Pass was removed, and the system did not clear the tracked challenge. Since then, I have only been able to select 4/3 tracked challenges instead of the correct number.
Second, every time I log in, all previously completed Battle Passes and challenges are marked as new again. It is frustrating that these issues have not been fixed for over three months.
Please look into these problems and provide a solution as soon as possible.
