Also having this problem, it needs to be addressed asap as it makes driving tanks next to impossible as you cant aim at or hit anything.
Ideally, there needs to be separate sensitivity sliders for 3rd person, first person, and first person (zoomed) modes so players can customise them independently.
If this issue is somehow intended as a balance measure, it needs to be relooked at as you are able to have massively high turn/look speed in third person (which is the more overpowered view mode), yet in first wich has a narrower field of view, and less situational awareness, you cant turn quickly at all.
