Bug Report: The Action Prompt Thank You button doesn't work 100% when you get revived. It's random. Sometimes it works. Ping being tied might be interfering. Can we get a fix for this please? It's been like this for a long time. When I'm revived, I hit RB quickly to say Thank you & nothing is said. Next time I hit it, it works & my character says "You're a life saver." Then I go down again & nothing is said. Keep in mind, I'm not talking about the commorose wheel where you say Thank you. I'm talking about the Action Prompt in the middle of the screen when you get revived. It pops up for a very short time & sometimes when you hit RB, it doesn't trigger a voiceline. It's just silent half the time when you're supposed to say "You're a lifesaver" or something. You can easily test this by being downed & waiting for a revive & counting how many times your character actually says thank you when you hit the action prompt.
