BUGGED - Aviator Accolade Dog Tag?

Tried this multiple times on Conquest and Escalation. I recorded it and counted 20+ "Team Transport" per match. Still sitting at 00/15.

Frustrating because I tried a long while trying to figure out how to get this to track, not sure what's wrong. Completely destroyed my K/D testing this. The Transport Helo is so easy to destroy.

Anyway, Is this bugged? Can anyone else confirm?
