Bugged Light and Lasers Still Visible to Enemies

Whenever you spawn in with a light or laser you have the ability to toggle these off so that they are not visible to the enemy. However, whenever an enemy respawns - even if your laser has been toggled off - the laser will now be visible to that player. It is replicable every time. Basically the only enemies that wont see your laser are enemies who were alive at the time you toggled it off.
