Campaign Crashing on Xbox S

For the past two days, campaign mode on Xbox S freezes and crashes after playing for about 5-15 mins.  Any progress made doesn’t save, so you’re forced to continually replay the same parts hoping you can get to a check point.  It doesn’t matter if you’re actively playing the campaign, or pausing the campaign and adjusting your settings.  The campaign will inevitably crash 5-15 mins from start.  

I’ve restarted and/or power cycled the Xbox countless times.  Nothing helps or prevents the crash.

Also, I pre-purchased the Phantom Edition and haven’t received my rewards.
