Can’t complete challenges.

I am trying to complete my assignments challenges under unit, for squad death match I seriously am being driven crazy to the point I am giving up on this game. All I need to do for #3 is revive 10 squad mates  but the game refuses to register my revives and if by some miracle they do they won’t go past 5 and the next game it will be reset to 1. PLEASE HELP!!!
