Cannot view Scoreboard while spectating

In REDSEC while spectating, no matter who I'm spectating, using TAB does not work to view the Scoreboard. While alive I can, but when I die I cannot. I tried binding to other keys on the keyboard and still nothing. This is a new issue as of sometime in the past week.
