cant i use my portable mortar míssil?i try to set it up it shows “out of bonds”

Why cant i use my portable mortar míssil? Every place i try to set it up it shows “out of bonds” any place i like to use it playing conquest, can u please fix this ? I have it on vídeo where can i send it ? My battlefield id is “baby_vamp3 i have just a photo but it says out of bonds any place of the map
