Can't join party through Xbox menu and in game party menu won't open

After the update, the game doesn't want me to play with friends apparently. Tried to reinstall the game because that fixed the in game party menu issue for me prior to the update, but nope. No such luck now. So I can only play alone.

Ps. Who's idea was it to add the stupid god weapon pickups? Get that out of the game. It was annoying in bf1 and it's still annoying. Just make a regular battlefield. It was fine before the update.

Thanks for making the game infinitely worse.
