Cant zoom weapon after using recon drone

Each time i use the recon drone until the battery runs off and the drone somewhat explode i cant zoom with the weapon i have equiped. to resolve the issue i just switch to another weapon/gadget and come back to my rifle and i can zoom again.

Plus when i use the spotting goggles without deploying the device on the ground the first few seconds i just have a black screen ( i can paint targets but dont see anything) after about 5 sec. i can see things normally. I noticed that when i deploy the spotting/painting device on the ground i dont have the 5 sec. black screen when using it.
