The Challenge ENGINEER 3 “Deal damage to aircraft with launchers as Engineer” does not appear to track any progress. I have damaged both helicopters and jets using the SLM-93A SPIRE portable air-defense launcher yet the progress bar remains stuck at 0/2500. Is this challenge bugged at the moment or did I get its requirements wrong?
Even though a friend of mine designated an enemy vehicle and I shot it down multiple times with a lock-on weapon, the challenge still isn’t progressing
Despite having multiple lock on kills on painted targets my challenge is not progressing in any way. I play engineer almost exclusively and it is at 0/1,000.

Have used both the SLM-93A SPIRE and the MAS 148 GLAIVE on multiple vehicles that have been painted and have the painted mark but have not gotten any credit for this challenge. Please fix this as this challenge is needed to unlock another engineer gadget.
The game has already been out for a month and still so many bugs with these challenges.
Deal damage to Laser Designated enemy vehicles using lock-on weapons won’t go past 920. I’ve dealt over 2000 damage to painted vehicles using lock-on launchers since reaching 920 and it just won’t go up from there. EA needs to fix this 😭
Certain challenges are either not explained properly or they don’t work. For example, for engineer 3 I used an AA launcher to and got 3 hits and destroyed 3 aircraft yet challenge didn’t accept that as damage to aircraft with an AA launcher. Also completed all challenges for week 2 weekly challenges and it says wife done 10/11 even though all 11 are completed.
The challenge to deal 1000 damage to laser designated targets using lock on launchers is not tracking. I’ve targeted land and air vehicles while painted, using both javelin and the anti-air launcher. Still 0-1000, the damage will not track

The 3rd engineer challenge has stopped tracking for me. This is the challenge where you have to deal damage to aircraft with launchers. It tracked one time for me and has not progressed any further despite me destroying several enemy helicopter with several different types of launchers.
SOLUTION: I managed to finish the challenge using the SLM-93A SPIRE portable air-defense launcher from the default “Combat Engineer” loadout (which can be reset if it was modified).
