Incendiary Airburst Launcher Damage Not Tracking for Support Specialist Challenge
I’m stuck on the Support Specialist challenge that requires you to “Deal damage with the Incendiary Airburst Launcher as Support,” but the damage from this weapon barely tracks — or doesn’t track at all. I can use it for entire matches and my progress won’t move.

When it does register something, it only adds around 2–4 damage per kill, which is obviously nowhere near correct. I’m currently sitting at 176/2000, despite multiple kills and assists with the launcher. Others have reported the exact same thing: incendiary burn damage doesn’t count, and only tiny bits of direct-hit chip damage get added.

On top of that, the weapon itself feels bugged or extremely undertuned. You practically have to land point-blank shots just to do minimal damage, and the incendiary cloud that’s supposed to burn enemies almost never triggers or deals damage to people in the area.

So right now, the challenge is basically impossible to complete because the launcher’s damage isn’t being tracked properly and the weapon seems unreliable in general.
