Challenges bug

I'm embarrassed to write something that about a thousand people have already written here. I don't understand how a game for 60 euros or more can have so many bugs. Even if you release a new patch, nothing has been fixed. I still have all the challenges done but I can't play the weapons. Are you going to do something about it???
