Chase Camera and Zoom

I don't believe that this intended, but in my settings I have toggle for zoom on my vehicles. If I'm zoomed inside of the vehicle,  I can't use the "Chase Camera" shortcut to go to 3rd person view.

This needs to change, it's overcomplicated, I don't want to unzoom and then go to 3rd person view, this costs precious time if I need to react fast.
