Chat pops up and won't close until I restart the game.

Sometimes the chat box gets stuck and won't close. Pressing Esc, Delete, H, or any other key doesn't work. I stay stuck in the chat window and can't move my character; the only solution is to force close the game and restart.
This just happened to me again I was 62-2 in my last match, the chat opened suddenly, I couldn't close it, and I lost all my stats once more. It happens so oftenly.
Has anyone else experienced this? I have been experiencing this bug for several months now, and it still hasn't been fixed. It's very frustrating to lose progress because of this.
