Class Switch - Recoil Uncontrollable

I was playing Engineer with the TR-7 all last night and some of tonight. It has some wild recoil, but usually bursts work fine mid-range just fine. Switched to Support which had the 18.5KS-K with slugs already set for awhile. Then switched to the TR-7 in the same match still using Support and recoil was all over the place.  I didn't get a chance to record it. The match ended shortly after I realized I couldn't hit the broadside of a barn unless the enemy was in my face.

Thinking more on the recoil behavior as I was typing this, it's like it inherited the shotgun's recoil pattern. Even single fire was jumping wildly which was confusing. It makes a lot more sense comparing it to the pattern of the 18.5KS-K.
