COMPENSATION STILL NOTHING !

I pre-ordered the Phantom Edition on the EA App. On release day at 5 PM, I launched the game, waited in the queue, processed shaders, configured my keys, etc., played a bit of shooting range, and when I tried to start a game... "Not installed."
After more than an hour and a half, you're thinking of reporting this bug. A BUG that... is ONLY present on YOUR launcher, the EA launcher, the one from the studio that produces the game!
To this day, still no compensation!
XP boosts are a significant thing, but the battle pass even more so (we're talking about content that can be obtained with real currency!)
Not to mention that, on top of that, a majority of players who only own the standard edition have access to all the cosmetics granted by the Phantom Edition?!
It's unacceptable, seeing BF6 I said to myself they understood their mistakes, we can trust them, I support them as best I can by taking the biggest edition of the game and that's how we are "thanked". No compensation and the advantages of the phantom edition (excluding xp boost) everyone has them.
Wake up, and I won't give up until I get feedback/my compensation, and the standard editions lose access to the Phantom Skin (by removal, of course, so that it's unequipped if someone has equipped it).

Bonjour/ bonsoir !
J'ai précommandé l'édition Phantom sur l'EA App. Le jour de la sortie à 17h, j'ai lancé le jeu, attendu durant la file d'attente, traitement des shader, je paramètres mes touches etc, un peu de stand de tir et au moment de lancer une partie... "Non installé".
Après plus d'une heure et demi vous songez à communiquer sur ce bug. BUG qui.. est présent UNIQUEMENT sur VOTRE launcher, le launcher EA, celui du studio qui produit le jeu ! On a du attendre 23h30 passé pour avoir un dernier retour.
A l'heure actuelle toujours aucune compensation ! Malgré votre "news" d'hier soir stipulant vous excuser de l'attente sur ce problème et que ça y est les compensations ont été envoyé à toute les personnes imapctées.
Les boost XP c'est une chose non négligeable mais le pass de combat encore plus (là on parle d'un contenu qui s'obtient par le biais de monnaie réelle !)
Sans compter qu'en plus de ça une majeure partie des joueurs possédant uniquement l'édition standard ont accès à tout les cosmétiques octroyés par l'édition Phantom ?!
C'est inadmissible, en voyant BF6 je me suis dis ils ont compris leurs erreurs, on peut leur faire confiance, je les soutiens au mieux en prenant la plus grosse édition du jeu et voilà comment on est "remercié". Aucune compensation et les avantages de l'édition Phantom (hors boost xp) tout le monde les a.
Réveillez vous et je ne lâcherai rien tant que je n'aurai pas un retour/ mes compensations et que les éditions standard perdent l'accès aux Skin Phantom (Bien entendu par retrait, que ça le déséquipe si un petit malin l'a d'équipé)
