I've been impacted by the bug as did many others in the replies of said tweet, but the message doesnt seem to appear, and I havent recieved any boosts nor a message in my inbox. (proof under)

So it seems like they did finally agree to give us the "I'm sorry" gift. But from my discussion it seems as if it is going to be server based, so more then likely anyone that was played Portal modes, and even possibly firing range is probably going to get stiffed armed on this one. EVERYONE NEEDS TO LISTEN! Just because you played Portal modes or firing range shouldn't matter! Almost everyone affected by this was EA users and Phantom Edition pre-orders. We paid 105 USD for a game that didn't let us play for at least 2 hours till someone on these forums gave the instruction to be able to play crappy Portal modes, which caused crashing (meaning 20 to 30 min queue time), unable to actually play because of the inability to shoot or move, or had to play modes like zombies or crap game modes. Which none us played for that, we paid to play conquest, play the campaign, level up our guns. we didn't get what we paid for, we were forced to play modes that the community created while everyone else enjoyed the launch. WE NEED TO STAND UP TOGETHER AND SAY ENOUGH TO EA & DICE! We didn't get what we paid for, we didn't have fun at launch. I'm currently in lobbies with people that have fully leveled up beam cannon while im stuck behind because of their mistake. ITS NOT FAIR! We pre-ordered when everyone told us not to, we used the EA app when everyone said no, and We are the ones that got screwed here. So NO FINE LINE DEAL, EVERYONE THAT WAS AFFECTED SHOULD BE COMPENSATED, REGARDLESS OF PLAYING PORTAL OR FIRING RANGE. We deserve it. everyone need to stick together and not let this slide.

In addition to what you said, those who pre-ordered through EA app and didn't play should be compensated too. I know a few who didn't boot the game once they read about the issue. I'm sure there's a lot of others as well.

Scroll all the way down till you see EA Help, click it.
Then once on the new page find technical issues, click it
Then scroll down to find contact us, click it
Fill it out the submit, it will ask after if you want to speak to a live agent but they are going to say the same thing.
