I am having the same issue. I have the challenges Rapid Fire 3 and Bullet Storm 1 marked as complete, but the L85A3 and KTS100 are both still locked and say I need to complete those challenges.
My KTS100 is also locked still even though I have gone on to successfully complete the challenge for the next LMG. Unfortunate, because it's a good gun for RedSec
