Same for me... no SCW-10 after Close Quarters 1, no support insign after Support 1 and some other completed after the patch. I completed several games to "resync", no change.
And now ? I've just completed Support 2 and instead having the Support 2 insign, I got the Support 1 I was supposed to get early.
