crash
Dear Mr. E. A. Let me explain my problem in detail to you. First of all, I am 55 years old and have been a PC user for a long time. The anti-cheat was successful. Congratulations. All the cheaters were eliminated. However, this time the game became unplayable. This is not just my problem. Almost all of my friends have the same problem. If you look at forums worldwide, you will see the truth. On the other hand, I guess you have received feedback from players who have encountered thousands of errors. EA is a professional company. Why do you still blame us for fixing bugs instead of releasing a proper patch? Before the latest update, we were playing your game for at least a day or two, and then it would crash to the desktop. We sent Adrenalin error reports, and you did the same. But now the PC freezes and doesn't fix itself until I restart it. There are hundreds of solutions on the forums, and I've applied almost all of them. This game is problematic. You need to fix it with an update. When I look at the Win 11 event log, it gives different errors each time. Here's what I did: I deleted the game and reinstalled it from 7, I deleted and reinstalled the anti-cheat, I repaired the anti-cheat through EA, I even tried Battlefield Labs. I even installed and repaired it again. I formatted Win 11 twice, all PC components are updated to the latest version of my new system. I downloaded the latest chipset from the motherboard page, but it didn't work. I installed it from AMD's website again, but the update worked, but the game kept crashing. I even deleted Kaspersky's original version, deleted Discord, and still got an error. I removed everything in the background, but it still didn't work. Adrenaline Change reset. It didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled almost all Adrenaline versions with DDU, but it still didn't work. I uninstalled with AMD's Adrenaline uninstaller, and reinstalled at least ten versions. BF6 froze in the game every time.
My System:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 7800x3D
• Graphics Card: Gigabyte Radeon RX 9060xT
, RAM: Gskill 2*16 Tridendz 32 GB 6000MHz
• Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming B850 E Wi-Fi
• SSD: Samsung 980 Pro 2TB + 500GB Toshiba SSD
• Monitor: Asus Tuf Gaming 27" 280 hrz FreeSync + FSR
• Case and Cooling: Mesh case, MSI Mag101M + liquid cooling, Termalight Warframe Frozen 240mm
• PSU: Corshair 750W80 Plus Bronze
. Keyboard: Asus Tuf Gaming K1
. Mouse: Logitech G 502 Hero
. Second monitor: Asus HDMI 60 hrz
. Headset: SteelSeries Arctis Nova 1 Wired Gaming Headset with Microphone
. Mousepad: Steel Series Game XXL
. Operating system: Win 11 Pro
I did all of this even though it wasn't my responsibility, but you still haven't fixed the game. I contacted someone from EA live three days ago, and they told me to reinstall some of the campaigns in the game, like Redsec, and I did that, but it still didn't work. Now, even Redsec isn't installing. I bought the game. When I ask you to download Redsec in-game, it says buy it, like a joke :)
What I don't understand is that 20142 was a disappointment, but BF6 was perfect. It's amazing how indifferent you are when you've achieved this momentum. Also, this problem isn't just for AMD; Nvidia has the same problems. I've never overclocked or undervolted my PC. No settings were made to the graphics card. I've run all the tests on the PC, including RAM, processor, and graphics card. It works perfectly and flawlessly, and there are no problems in other games: Tempes, Risink, Black Ops6, Painkiller, Delta Force. In short, you just need to fix this problem and release updates. You have no right to victimize players like me. I'm actually a COD player. All of Call of Duty's games are indispensable to me, but I also have the entire Battlefield series, but your latest game, BF6, was perfect for me. That's why I didn't even buy BO7 because it's the same as BO6. I need a solution from you urgently. Enough, solve these problems already.
