Crosshairs on map screen going to corner/stick dift/shaking.

When I load into a map (any map, all game modes) my creosshairs + fo to the top left. If I die, the map reload screen the crossbar shake and can jump form one object to another. If I'm trying to spawn on a squad mate we'll they are in combat, it can jump me to an already captured objective.
