I have the same issue - I submitted a ticket on 10/20 and just received this message from EA support:

I understand that you're having a problem not receiving your daily log in rewards. I know how frustrating it is. Nevertheless, I've recorded your report for our team to review. This information is crucial in our ongoing efforts to improve the game.
In the meantime, please post your report to our game forum as there might be other players who've submitted similar feedback or have similar issues on EA Forums (https://forums.ea.com/category/ea-forums-en) for them to upvote.
We appreciate your passion for the game and are committed to enhancing the experience. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

They just closed it with no fix so I guess none of us are getting the Deerstalker skin.
EDIT: I double checked the ticket and they marked it as not solvable essentially closing the case. I created another ticket. I don't understand why they cannot reimburse us for the remaining days and the missing skin or whatever people did not receive.

Yeah—I’ve been in contact with a few advisors now. I’m not sure they are real people at this point, all saying to try the FAQ procedural remedies. I’ve pretty much given up. Sucks that a multi-billion company can’t pony up and say hey, for all the trouble and TERRIBLE inbox system you’ve had to experience, here’s the skin as a gift to the masses. I don’t even care if I spent every day and you started playing today—at least give me what I earned.
