Didn't get my instant unlocks

I decided to finally cave in and buy the battlepass, since I wanted to unlock some of the nice perks. However, after having bought the battlepass, I was never given the 6 instant unlocks it promised as part of the deal. Has anybody else had this problem? Or is it just me
