Direct X error

So, Ive gotten this error at pretty much any given moment really. It's not super common, It will crash to desktop perhaps once or twice in a 3 hour session - I do know that I've triggered it using ALT+TAB. I am running in full screen @ 1440p.  5060Ti/ryzen 7 3800/32ram/SSD

All my latest drivers/updates are installed, of course. Everything seems to be in order. 

Only Steam, Sonar(audio software) and discord/firefox are running in the background. Discord notification pop-ups are on, but overlay is off. Sonar capture software is running for clips. Occasionally steam with discord - and I do believe it has crashed while activating that process.  Nvidia app is running as well.
