Disconnects and unable to reconnect to squad.

I am constantly getting kicked for time outs and server disconnects. This is all mid game and can be multiple times in the same match. Then when I come back and try to rejoin my squad It won't put be back in the game. I'm also getting a glitch at a match change where my squad loads into the next match. I can hear the noises of the next match but I am stuck on the previous match end screen. We expect some launch glitches but not this bad. It's not my internet connection, I have FTTP 500/50. Fix this please EA/Dice.
