Downed teammates not visible

Since latest patch came out, new bug, downed teammates are sometimes invisible, hard to see, they just lying in the ground but don't have the green outline or the icons so we can revive them and lots of times i pass by my dead teammate only to realize he's actually down waiting to be revived..
